Questions people ask
How do you handle last-minute changes?
Recurring clients can request changes through the Time to Pet portal. We do our best to accommodate, but same-day changes are subject to caregiver availability.
What if my regular caregiver is out?
We'll let you know who is covering and share their notes, so your dog is cared for by someone we've briefed on their routine.
